183 Dilapidated Buildings Considered Threat to Residents in RWD – The Rawalpindi Metropolitan Corporation (RMC) has issued notices to the owners of the old buildings to vacant them as the monsoon season has made their condition worst and can pose a serious threat to lives.
The civic agency has ordered to reconstruct or repair the building for minimizing the risk factor yet the resident are not willing to do so as the buildings are owned by a number of persons and are not playing their part equally.
