725 acres botanical garden to be developed in Banigala- Islamabad | Botanical garden in Banigala requires quality construction with a perfect planning based on innovative conceptual design. The request for proposals (RFP) is being received by the Federal Ministry of Climate Change.
Both the national and international consults are being requested for the development of this mega project.
As per the details shared, the biddings will be accepted in accordance with the ‘single stage-two envelope’ procedure.
The interested firms are asked to submit technical and financial proposals in prescribed format in two separate sealed envelopes as per the scope of work prescribed in the terms of reference (TORs).
The RFP documents for the above assignment can be downloaded from the website of the Ministry of Climate Change, PPRA website or from the office of the Ten Billion Tree Tsunami Programme National Project Director.
The last date of submission is October 28 and the proposals should reach the office of the national project director on or before October 29 by 12:30 pm. The ministry of climate change has assured that the proposals will be processed as per the PPRA’s rules.
