Amnesty scheme for Real Estate The sector is ended today. It is reported that if the government wants to extend the amnesty scheme, it will have to legislate or bring an ordinance. The government has begun talks with the IMF to expand the real estate amnesty scheme.

According to sources, 1252 construction projects worth Rs 447 billion were registered in the Prime Minister’s Construction Package. While registration on the e-portal under construction package will be closed from today, fixed tax facility for builders and land developers will continue till December 31, 2021.
