ICT Administration to launch Property Verification Centre – Deputy Commissioner Islamabad Muhammad Hamza Shafqaat announced that Islamabad Capital Territory has decided to launch Property Verification Center for keep an eye on the fraud cases of the sale and purchase in Real Estate sector.
He said that in the past 10 years many property related complaints have been received in Capital which led ICT to take this initiative and protect the citizens from Real Estate frauds.
This center will provide information regarding the status of the society whether it is approved, legal or illegal. According to the officials, with the launch of the Center, the buyers would be able to deal with a number of frauds and save their money.
The federal capital grabs the overseas attention and CDA is determined to never let them down. Safeguarding the citizens’ rights and building the trust among overseas is what the Federal Government aims at. The soon-to-be-launched Property Verification Center is the first step towards accomplishing this objective.
